The southwest Louisville mother who allegedly left her children in a makeshift tent outside for months without access to food or water was in court Monday.
Betty Snider, 34, is accused of leaving her three daughters in “unlivable” conditions for months.
Monday, the case was waived to a grand jury. However, she must serve 45 days for a previous harassment conviction before she can pay her bond.
Snider’s bond was set at $25,000 full cash. If she pays it, she will be released to a treatment facility.
Additionally, the judge ordered that Snider have no contact with her three children, or any other minors, and have no drug or alcohol use.
