Louisville Police have made an arrest in connection with a video showing a puppy being thrown in the air and landing on concrete.
Louisville Metro Police Department announced on its Facebook page that 34-year-old Coplen Lay has been arrested thanks to an anonymous tip on their hotline.
The video shows a man tossing a puppy in the air in an alley. The puppy fell onto the concrete before another person arrived and appears to care for it. The puppy sustained injuries, police confirmed.
Lay will be charged with felony torture of a dog.
