A 17-year-old was arrested after a shots fired complaint over the weekend in Bowling Green.
On Saturday (09/28) Bowling Green Police responded to a call of shots fired in the 1500 block of Chestnut Street.
No injuries were reported, but multiple houses were struck by gunfire.
In a social media post, during the investigation, officers reviewed video surveillance capturing an involved vehicle leaving the scene.
Officers found the vehicle later that day and interviewed its occupants.
As a result, a 17-year-old male was arrested for shooting at a female on Chestnut Street.
Bowling Green Police believes the shooting occurred as the result of a dispute between two groups known to each other.
Other people involved in the shooting have been identified. Additional charges may be filed.
The investigation is ongoing.
