An altercation between brother south of Cloverport Thursday night left one man injured and the other one arrested.
According to the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office, the brothers got into a physical altercation at a location in the 500 block of Hardin Mills South Road just before 8 p.m. when one stabbed the other.
The victim was later airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
Eric Dewayne Emery, 34 of Lewisport, was lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center on charges of 1st degree wanton endangerment, assault, unlawful imprisonment, terrorist threatening and criminal mischief.
The incident remains under investigation.
