A man is in critical condition with injuries considered life threatening after being hit by two vehicles on I-65 Saturday night.
The initial Louisville Metro Police Department investigation and witness statements revealed that the man was in the southbound lanes of I-65 near mile marker 130 when he was struck by a vehicle and knocked into another lane. That vehicle stopped and another vehicle traveling southbound attempted to avoid the man, but also hit him. That vehicle also stopped.
EMS took the man to UofL Hospital where he is in critical condition.
Both drivers cooperated with Louisville Metro Police and no charges are expected.
