The suspect accused of firing shots inside Baptist Health Hardin last month has been indicted, according to Elizabethtown Police Department Public Affairs Officer Chris Denham.
Hardin County Grand Jury indicted 39 year-old George Lee Jr., of Louisville, for the October 19th shooting at the Baptist Health Hardin Emergency Room. The indictment includes two counts of kidnapping, three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree, and one count of being a persistent felony offender. The indictment warrants were served upon his release from the University of Louisville Hospital.
He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on Friday, November 1, under a $500,000 cash bond. He is scheduled for video arraignment in Hardin District Court on November 4.
