
A Louisville man has been sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for the enticement and sex trafficking of a minor.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky said in a news release Tuesday that 41 year-old Timothy Boden was sentenced after he was convicted of one count of enticement of a minor and one count of sex trafficking a minor. His prison term will be followed by 20 years of supervised release.
The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations, the United States Secret Service, and the Louisville Metro Police Department.
There is no parole in the federal system.
