The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 25 year-old Bradley Austin Keen on charges related to child sexual abuse material Thursday (11/07) morning.
Keen was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in an interview in Scottsville on November 7, 2024. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to a forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Keen is currently charged with five counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12 years old. These charges are Class-C felonies punishable by five to ten years in prison. Keen was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.
