Louisville police have arrested a man in connection to a homicide in the Shelby Park neighborhood on May 4.
On Monday, November 11, 30-year-old Eliyahu Perkins was arrested and charged with the murder of 29-year-old Jeffery Wilson.
Wilson was found dead in the 1300 block of Preston Street on the day of the Kentucky Derby.
Perkins is currently being held in Louisville Metro Corrections.
