A Barren County man is facing charges after allegedly setting fire to a Glasgow-area business vehicle.
Glasgow Police Department said 56 year-old Jeffrey E. Dugard was arrested Tuesday after officers were dispatched to Lessenberry Do It Center on West Main Street. A vehicle fire had occurred there, according to a news release.
While officers were on the way to the scene, Dugard reportedly called 911 and said he had set fire to the vehicle owned by the business.
Officers later found Dugard and he was taken into custody without further incident.
He was charged with third-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespassing.
Dugard is scheduled to appear in court on December 2 at 12:30 p.m.
