A teenage boy has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to a shooting in the Hillview neighborhood.
The shooting happened on October 31 around 2:30 a.m. Hillview police found 18-year-old Cole Bullock dead at the intersection of Hillview Boulevard and Norwood Way.
Because the suspect charged is a juvenile, police cannot release his name.
