
Two people were arrested after troopers located $16,000 worth of stolen jewelry, according to the Kentucky State Police.
An investigation began on Thursday, November 28, when a report was made that custom-made jewelry, with an estimated value of $16,000, was stolen from a Clinton County home.
Kentucky State Police said their investigation led them to a home on Cave Springs Road where troopers located and recovered the stolen items on Friday, November 29.
Police arrested 41-year-old Virginia Conner and charged her with theft by unlawful taking over $10,000. They also arrested 42-year-old Christopher Conner and charged him with receiving stolen property over $10,000, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Both suspects are from Albany, Kentucky.
Both have been booked into the Clinton County Detention Center.
