
Two people were taken to the hospital after a house fire in the Taylor Berry neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Louisville Fire Department said crews were called to a two-story house fire in the 2700 block of Taylor Boulevard around 5:15 a.m. December 1. Firefighters went inside to find any residents and extinguish the fire. It took around 20 minutes to control the blaze, according to officials.
Louisville Fire Department said one person, who got out on their own, was taken to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. A firefighter was also taken to the hospital for minor burns and has since been released.
Officials said the cause of the fire was found to be accidental.
