The Barren County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a domestic altercation in the parking lot of the Park City Shell Mart Wednesday.
A male subject fled the scene on foot when he observed a deputy pull into the parking lot, per the release.
After a short pursuit, the male, 28-year-old Khalil Rashaad Miller of Atlanta, Georgia, was taken into custody.
He was charged with Fleeing and Evading on Foot. Miller also had an active warrant for his arrest out of Georgia with a confirmed extradition.
Barren County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Kentucky State Police, US Park Rangers, and the Cave City Police Department.
