A Bowing Green man is facing additional charges after further investigation of a burglary at the Warren County Health Department.
The Kentucky State Police Post 03 received a call around 11 p.m. on October 31 about a series of vandalisms and a burglary that occurred at the Warren County Health Department.
A preliminary investigation indicates that the Warren County Health Department had been vandalized using paint. During the investigation, the Warren County Health Department staff advised that one of their employees was also being harassed. Timothy Russell, 40 of Bowling Green was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree and Burglary, 3rd Degree.
After further investigating the incident, it was found that Russell had been observed outside of the employee’s residence in Glasgow. Mr. Russell was charged with Stalking 1st Degree; Arson, 3rd Degree (attempt); Intimidating a participant in the legal process and Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO in Barren County.
Russell was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on December 5. He is being held under a $25,000 cash bond and scheduled to appear in court on December 11.
