Veteran’s Club founder and CEO Jeremy Harrell has been sentenced to six months in prison.
Harrell was found guilty of collecting more than $100,000 in individual unemployability benefits in August.
Harrell faced up to 10 years in prison, but his attorney Nick Mudd said the judge had a guide range of 15 to 21 months. Mudd said Harrell would do another six months of home incarceration after getting out of prison.
