An arrest was made in a deadly shooting investigation that began November 29 in the Newburg neighborhood.
The shooting happened around 2:15 a.m. in the 6100 block of Preston Highway. When police arrived, they found a man dead with a gunshot wound. The name of the victim has not been released.
Damon P. Taylor, 44, of Louisville, was arrested and lodged in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections on a murder charge.
