A homicide investigation is underway after a body was pulled from the Ohio River at Cox Park on December 10.
Louisville police said calls came in reporting a body in the river around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police responded to the 3700 block of River Road, where the body of the woman was found. Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman John Bradley said police believe foul play was involved.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is handling the investigation. Detectives are following leads.
