
Louisville police say two juveniles have been arrested in connection to a shooting that happened at a food mart on West Broadway.
The shooting was reported around 3:24 p.m. on December 17 in the 1700 block of West Broadway at Shorty’s Food Mart. Officers arrived and found a man inside who was shot in the shoulder. He was taken to the University of Louisville for treatment and is expected to survive.
Aaron Ellis, a spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police Department, said two juveniles police believe were involved in the incident were arrested. Police said they are searching for additional suspects.
Multiple people were inside the gas station when the shooting took place. Police are encouraging anyone with information to reach out to the anonymous tip line at 574-LMPD.
