A 36 year-old Louisville man was arrested Thursday and charged in connection to a fatal shooting which occurred eight months ago.
Victure Brown was charged with murder, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and receiving stolen property, according to a Louisville Metro Police Department news release.
On April 24, 2024, Louisville Metro Police officers responded to the area of 10th Street and Broadway on reports of a shooting.
When they arrived, investigators said they found a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection and a man shot inside a vehicle. He died at the scene.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s office identified the victim as Keevan Brown, the suspect’s brother.
Brown is currently being held at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
