Kentucky State Police Post 15 arrested a Russell Springs man after investigating a complaint that he was sending explicit messages to a teenager.
On December 26, Kentucky State Police received the complaint of 33-year-old Zachary Grider sending a 15-year-old messages containing sexual references through Snapchat.
On December 28, troopers arrested Grider and charged him with procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
