The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man on multiple charges after they say he was driving a stolen vehicle.
Thursday morning, deputies witnessed a white Chevrolet cruise traveling in a reckless manner on I-65 North.
After initiating a traffic stop, Warren County Sheriff Office dispatch advised that the vehicle’s license plate was stolen. Further investigation determined the vehicle itself was stolen out of Warren County.
The driver, identified as 27 year old Dillon Oneal of Bowling Green, was allegedly found with suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on his person, and a search of the vehicle revealed a Glock pistol.
Oneal was arrested and lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail on the following charges:
Receiving stolen property $10,000 or more
First-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine)
improper registration plate,
Receiving stolen property (plate)
Operating on a suspended license
Possession of drug paraphernalia
