The Barren County Sheriff’s Office has taken a man into custody for alleged sexual misconduct with a minor.
According to jail records, 26 year-old Mark Hanks was taken into custody Saturday by Barren County sheriff’s deputies.
Hanks is charged with Sodomy, first-degree, with a victim under the age of 12 and Rape, first-degree, with a victim under the age of 12.
He is being held in the Barren County Detention Center under a $50,000 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, January 27.
