A teenager is dead after a shooting in Shively Saturday evening.
Shively Police responded around 6:30 p.m. on January 25 to a call of a shooting in the 1700 block of Kennedy Road. Officers arrived to find a male in his early teens who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
On Sunday, police arrested 27-year-old Da’montz Daniel-Hutchings in connection to the shooting and charged him with murder, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
