An innocent plea was entered Tuesday morning in District Court for a man charged in shooting at Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Deputies earlier this month.
Juilo Ceballos is charged with attempted murder- peace officer, firearm possession by a convicted felon and assault 4th degree following an incident where shot at deputies responding to a call along New Bethel Church Road on January 11th, with one suffering non life-threatening injuries.
Ceballos was caught the next day and received medical treatment for several days before being lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center. He appeared by video from the Grayson County Detention Center.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 4.
