A man is facing multiple charges after police responded to a possible overdose Saturday.
Cave City Police responded to the Econolodge and discovered Donnie Logsdon asleep in his vehicle.
Logsdon was not overdosing and denied medical attention at the scene, according to police.
He consented to a search of his vehicle, and police found 67.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 64 Gabapentin pills, a set of digital scales, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, and $1,193 in cash.
Logsdon was arrested and lodged in the Barren County Jail on the following charges:
Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or > (Greater than or equal to 2 grams methamphetamine)
Drug paraphernalia – Buy/possess
Trafficking in a legend drug – 1st Offense
Acquire property from income from trafficking in a controlled substance.
Logsdon is being held under a $10,000 cash bond and is scheduled to be in court on Monday.
