A 25-year-old man pleaded guilty in Kentucky to multiple federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy, child exploitation and a plot to murder a child.
Jairo Jaime Tinajero pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy, online enticement, three counts of production of child sexual abuse material, three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse material, five counts of interstate communications of threats, cyberstalking, and conspiracy to murder a woman in aid of racketeering.
According to a court documents, Tinajero is a self-identified member of the 764 network, the goals of which include social unrest and the downfall of the current world order, including the U.S. government.
According to a news release Wednesday from the United States Department of Justice, Tinajero started communicating with and grooming several minor victims to obtain sexually explicit content in 2020. Tinajero started threatening the safety of one of the children and their family. Tinajero posted on online encrypted platforms the victim’s identifying information and nude photos of the child.
The Department of Justice said Tinajero and a co-conspirator agreed that Tinajero should kill the minor. According to a news release, Tinajero and the co-conspirator specifically discussed Tinajero should murder the child and dispose of their body in a barrel of acid after the murder. Tinajero posted multiple messages on various social media websites stating that he planned to kill the person with a gun because the victim refused to provide additional child sexual abuse material.
