On Tuesday morning 23-year-old Aaron Hunter Crowe made his first appearance in Ohio County Circuit Court.
Crowe was arraigned on the charges he is currently facing in the murder of 81-year-old Norma June Greenwell.
He was Greenwell’s neighbor.
Officials say Crowe made a not-guilty plea and is expected to appear in court again on April 1.
Crowe was charged with murder, first-degree burglary, tampering with physical evidence and a persistent felony offender.
He is being held on a $1 million bond.
