The Kentucky State Police Post 03 Bowling Green received a call from Butler County Sheriff’s Office regarding a sexual abuse Investigation just after 6 p.m. Thursday.
Upon further investigation contact was made with 27 year-old Matthew Neighbors, of Morgantown. Neighbors was arrested and charged with Incest and Sexual abuse 1st Degree.
The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
