A 19-year-old died in the hospital after his dirt bike collided with a vehicle in the Beechmont neighborhood Friday night.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a report of a crash just after 10:40 p.m. Officers arrived to find Seth Jones injured after his dirt bike collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Taylor Boulevard and West Ashland Avenue.
Police described the dirt bike as non-street legal.
Jones was taken to UofL Hospital where he died Saturday morning. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
A second collision occurred near the same location as the first collision was being investigated, however, no injuries were reported from that one.
