A woman was stabbed outside Jewish Hospital Saturday morning as she was leaving work.
A spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police Department said the woman was leaving Jewish Hospital around 7:15 a.m. when a woman approached her and stabbed her. The employee went back inside the hospital for treatment and is expected to live.
Louisville Metro Police arrested 34 year-old Lacy Wilson in connection to the stabbing. She is charged with two counts of assault, fleeing police and criminal trespass in addition to other charges in relation to the incident.
Wilson is being held in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections and is scheduled to appear in court Monday, April 14 at 9 a.m.
