A man was killed in a head-on crash early Monday in Valley Station.
The crash was reported on April 14 around 1:45 a.m. in the 10000 block of Dixie Highway. Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman John Bradley said a motorcyclist was headed north on Dixie Highway when he crashed head-on with a garbage truck.
Bradley said the motorcyclist died at the scene. His name has not been released at this time.
The driver of the garbage truck remained at the scene. Police said no charges are expected. This is an ongoing investigation.
