
A 15-year-old was injured after being robbed at gunpoint Tuesday evening, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
LMPD spokesperson Matthew Sanders said officers responded to a report of a shooting new Standiford Plaza Drive and Beeler Way around 7:30 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a 15-year-old who told officers he was robbed at gunpoint and shot in the hand.
Detectives said the 15-year-old was taken to the hospital with a graze wound.
Police are canvassing the area of the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call 574-LMPD or use the anonymous tip line.
