An Elizabethtown man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly taking photos of several women in dressing rooms at stores in and around Mall St. Matthews.
According to arrest documents, 30 year-old Yogi Wilson was arrested Tuesday and charged with six counts of video voyeurism.
The documents said police responded to the Old Navy store at Shelbyville Road Plaza on Tuesday on a report of a man taking photos of women “over the wall” in the dressing room. Police say the responding officer had received a similar report the day before of a man with a similar description taking photos of women at Forever 21, in Mall St. Matthews, across the street.
Police arrested Wilson at the Old Navy store shortly after. Wilson allegedly admitted to taking photos and videos of at least six women dressing at Old Navy, Forever 21 and JCPenney, which is also at Mall St. Matthews.
Police say one victim was 13 years old. According to arrest documents, Wilson had been arrested for voyeurism once before in 2015, when he allegedly was caught peeping through the window of a home.
Wilson is now at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
