The Kentucky State Police Post 03 Bowling Green received a call about a fatal collision just after 6 a.m. Friday (04/25). Troopers arrived at the scene on the 5100 block of Cub Run Highway (KY 88).
A preliminary investigation indicates that a 2015 Ford F150, operated by 44 year-old Randy Hawkins of Cub Run, was traveling in the 5100 block of Cub Run Highway (KY 88) when he crossed the center line and collided with a 2010 Nissan Maxima driven by 26 year-old Jordan Pippin of Horse Cave.
Pippin was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Hart County Coroner.
Kentucky State Police was assisted at the scene by the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, Hart County EMS, Hart County Coroner’s Office and the Munfordville Fire Department.
The collision remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
