One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting in a Louisville apartment complex Friday afternoon, according to Louisville Metro Police Department.
At around 2:50 p.m. on Friday, April 25, Louisville Metro Police responded to a reported shooting at the 6000 block of Bristol Bluffs Circle.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered two men who had been shot. Both were transported to UofL Hospital.
One of the victims is expected to recover, however the other died of his injuries after attempted treatment.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is handling the ongoing investigation. All parties have been accounted for.
