
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call on Autry Lane at 6 p.m. Saturday (04/26) about a person who had possibly broken into the residence.
According to the sheriff’s office, when deputies arrived, they located 31 year-old Harlen Roebke, of Scottsville.
In conjunction with breaking into the residence, he was found to have suspected marijuana, suspected methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia on his person.
Roebke was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center without bond on the following charges:
Criminal Trespass- 1st Degree
Burglary- 2nd Degree
Possession of a Controlled Substance- 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine)
Possession of Marijuana
Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess.
