The Wayne County Coroner says one person is dead after a boat crash on Lake Cumberland.
The crash was reported just before 6 p.m. Sunday in the White Oak Creek area.
According to the coroner, it was a single boat crash with one person on board. He says fishermen found the person on the lake and called 911.
The Wayne County coroner Gordon Hicks has identified the person killed as 59-year-old John Bezold of California, Kentucky.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
