One man is behind bars after a missing juvenile was found inside a residence in Allen County.
On May 6, the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force went to a residence on Bandy Road to find a missing juvenile, Ava Stanger.
After knocking on the door, detectives made contact with 24 year-old Dalton Eubank, who admitted that the juvenile was inside the residence.
He also admitted that he knew she was underage and missing. According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, he also told detectives she had been there for multiple days.
He was arrested and charged with Custodial Interference. The juvenile was found safe and unharmed.
Eubank is being held in the Allen County Detention Center under a $10,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 14.
