A new bill bans Kentucky bars and restaurants from serving THC-infused drinks beginning June 1.
Senate Bill 202 was passed in March this year. It prevents the sale of hemp-derived drinks at bars and restaurants by preventing sales “by the drink” at retail.
THC-infused seltzers can still be sold at Kentucky liquor stores or online to anyone 21 or older. They can also be purchased at fairs and festivals until January 1, 2026.
