Louisville Metro Police’s Robbery Unit is investigating a bank robbery that took place early Tuesday afternoon.
Around 1:15 p.m., Louisville Metro Police Department’s 6th Division was called to a robbery at the Stockyards Bank located in the 3900 block of Breckenridge Lane.
Detectives have not yet released images of the suspect, but preliminary reports that the suspect was a white male who entered the bank and demanded cash.
Tellers handed over an undetermined amount and the man left the scene.
