An ethics complaint against former Louisville Metro council member Phillip Baker has been dismissed.
The complaint was filed by Shalanna Taylor, a former Metro Council legislative aide for Deputy Mayor David James.
Taylor claimed she was sexually harassed by Baker and then wrongfully terminated because of her complaints.
Tuesday, a Metro ethics commission unanimously ruled it found no evidence to support those allegations.
This comes after months of testimony and review.
Phillip Baker, the former Metro councilman for District 6, is now cleared of all allegations.
