An investigation is underway and charges are pending after a search warrant was executed at a vape shop in Franklin, Kentucky.
The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force said agents executed a search warrant at the Vape & Smoke shop in the 1400 block of Nashville Road in Franklin on October 14.
During the search, agents reportedly seized around a pound and a half of “raw material” and cash.
The drug task force said the search was the result of an investigation into sales to underage individuals and the sale of “raw plant material,” which is still illegal in Kentucky.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing and charges are pending for those involved.
