An inmate that escaped from Henderson County Detention Center on Tuesday (10/21) is back in custody.
Kentucky State Police troopers along with Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and Henderson City Police located and arrested 53 year-old Timothy A. Oliver just after 10 a.m. CDT Wednesday morning.
Oliver was located off Crooked Road in the Reed community. He was taken into custody without incident and lodged in Henderson County Detention Center in Henderson.
