
Attorney General Russell Coleman announced the indictment of two Hardin County business owners for misusing funds and misrepresenting its work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
A Hardin County Grand Jury indicted 65 year-old Carlos Fernandez and 60 year-old Patricia Parrott, both of Radcliff, for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, Greater than $10,000 and Less than $1 Million (Class C Felony).
The business, C & P Garage, was ordered to close.
The Attorney General’s Department of Criminal Investigations (DCI) investigated the case. Executive Director of the Attorney General’s Special Prosecutions Unit Tim Cocanougher and Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Hall will prosecute the case.
The Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Protection secured the court order in a separate civil case to temporarily shut down the organization.
