
A Horse Cave man was sentenced to eight years in prison on a number of charges.
In 2024, 48 year-old Ivan Bernard Embry Jr. was charged with attempted murder, wanton endangerment and persistent felony offender, according to court document.
Embry admitted to firing at the victim striking the vehicle and has entered a plea with the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
He agreed to serve up to eight years for first-degree Wanton Endangerment and Discharge of Firearm.
His next court date is set for Monday, January 5, has been remanded.
