Kentucky State Police is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in the 1000 block of Macedonia Road early Sunday morning.
Just after 1 a.m., Kentucky State Police Post 03 in Bowling Green received a call from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office about an injury collision involving a motorcycle.
A preliminary investigation indicates that a black 2017 Harley Davidson, operated by 26-year-old Remington James Matlock of Scottsville, was traveling north on Macedonia Road.
Matlock’s motorcycle left the roadway and collided with a wooden fence post. Matlock was pronounced dead at the scene by the Allen County Coroner.
Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office and Allen County EMS.
