Severe storms overnight Monday knocked out power and left a lot of damage to trees and buildings across the state with at least two tornadoes being confirmed.
According to the National Weather Service in Louisville, the Damage Survey Team confirmed an EF-0 in Hart County located at the East of Millerstown. The max wind speed was near 80 mph.
An EF-1 tornado was confirmed in Ohio County to the northeast of Hartford with max wind speed near 100 mph.
In Beaver Dam a barn was completely knocked over on US 62, not far from Bill Monroe Homeplace.
