The Allen County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a violation of graves and criminal mischief in the 3900 block of Old Gallatin Road in Scottsville.
The grave desecration occurred late on the night of Monday, May 4, or in the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 5.
Approximately 25 to 30 headstones were pushed over, causing significant damage to the cemetery.
Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call South Central Kentucky Crime Stoppers at 270-781-CLUE or toll-free at 866-842-CLUE. Tips can also be submitted through the P3 Tips app or at www.781clue.com.
Tipsters could receive up to $1,000 for an anonymous tip.
