Two men were arrested in connection with a double shooting that left one man dead in the Russell neighborhood, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Officers responded to a call of a shooting in the 1000 block of Magazine Street on May, 14 2026. At the scene, police found two men who had been shot, with one victim, Quantay Workman, pronounced dead at the scene.
Louisville Metro Police Department said witness descriptions and multiple videos of suspects before and after the murder led to two arrests being made on Wednesday, May 27.
Suspect 37-year-old Joshua Langlois was arrested at his home, where he was undergoing supervised reentry from federal prison.
Police also arrested suspect 28-year-old Leangelo Sullivan Jr. after locating a vehicle he is known to drive in the area of the homicide.
Langlois and Sullivan Jr. are both charged with murder and assault, with Langlois also being charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Both suspects are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, May 28.
